Sandy Balls has plenty of on-site facilities including food and drink options such as Aubrey’s Forest Kitchen and The Woodside Inn. Whether you're in the mood for a hot drink after a day out exploring or looking for a chilled glass of wine, there's a lovely selection.

Camping breaks at Sandy Balls
At Sandy Balls, we have a spacious yet simple non-electric pitch in the stunning New Forest countryside!
But hurry up and book early because they are in high demand! All of our pitches have easy access to water taps, and check-in is from 11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Camping is available from 31/07/2026 to 28/08/2026.
You can also enjoy the scenery of our park, with views of the stunning Hampshire countryside.
We also love dogs so it’s ok to bring along your pooch on your pitch. Find out all the touring and camping options we offer!

Camping in the New Forest

With direct access to walking and cycling trails, it’s the perfect base for exploring the UK’s most loved national park. Our dog friendly park rolls out the welcome mat (and the muddy pawprints) with pet-friendly areas and miles of woodland trails. Imagine wagging tails leading the way through ancient trees, bounding after sticks, or snoozing happily under the stars. Whether your pup is a seasoned explorer or more of a belly-rub connoisseur, they’ll feel right at home here. So grab the lead, pack the treats, and get ready for a paws-itively unforgettable adventure.
Family camping in the New Forest
Nestled in the heart of the New Forest, Sandy Balls is where family camping gets properly sorted. You’ll find something for everyone in the park, with indoor and outdoor pools, and a load of activities to suit all ages. The kids can burn off energy in the adventure playground and soft play, or you could spend your afternoon exploring the New Forest. If you’re lucky you might spot some of those famous wild ponies. It’s camping, but with enough creature comforts to keep everyone happy!Â
